There is a toilet, cloakroom and a scullery where you can find a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and a freezer. You can find the first bedroom on the ground floor. It has two box spring beds which are electrically adjustable and a private bath room with shower, toilet and a sink.
The open kitchen and spacious living room flow into each other, which ensures a cosy and spacious living which offers a lot of light through the many windows. Here you can cosy up to the nice gas fireplace. The stylish living room also has a Smart TV with Sonos surround system. The large kitchen is fully equipped including an induction stove, 2 ovens, a fridge, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. And a Nespresso coffee machine for coffee lovers. Enjoy a lovely breakfast with views of the dunes or watch the news on the large Smart TV.
The lighted staircase takes you to the first floor, where you find 4 luxury bedrooms with each 2 boxspring beds and Smart TV. Two bed rooms have their own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a staircase to the cosy bedroom in the attic. This room is ideal for families.
In the basement there is another spacious living room which has Smart TV with Sonos surround system, a countertop with sink and a fridge. On this floor is another bed room and a toilet. Here you also find the beautiful en large Wellness. It includes a large whirlpool, two spacious showers, a sauna and an infrared sauna. U can have a day out in your own home.
This villa can accommodate 14 people. Through the basement, a bedroom on the ground floor and a bedroom with an attic room, this villa lends itself well to several families and groups.
