This beautiful newly renovated house is a perfect base for a great holiday on Ameland. Located within walking distance of the charming village of Nes and the beautiful sandy beach.

The house is stylish and with four large windows in the living room you will also be able to enjoy the sun indoors. Or enjoy the cosy gas fireplace on colder days. The kitchen is fully equipped with i.e. induction stove, combi-microwave and dishwasher.

Besides a bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms are located in the first floor. Where there is also a bathroom with bathtub. Lastly, there is a cosy lounge area with flatscreen TV.

Outside there is a spacious terrace with table and chairs on the South side. Plus a semi-covered terrace, which has a gas fireplace so that you can also enjoy the fresh air of Ameland in the evening.
